This policy explains how the AmzTool Chrome extension and related JIEHU.AI services collect, use, and share data when you use the extension, account system, and Web Console.
1. What data we collect
Amazon page data that is needed to provide the product research features, such as ASIN, title, price, rating, review content, Q&A content, images, category breadcrumbs, and visible search-result products.
Account data, such as your email address, authentication session, plan tier, and account security session records.
Report inputs and outputs, such as review samples, generated VOC reports, follow-up questions, attribute analysis, keyword analysis, and monitoring configuration.
Billing and subscription data processed through Stripe, such as customer, subscription, invoice, and billing portal metadata required to activate and manage your paid plan.
Operational diagnostics, such as request logs, quota usage, and error logs needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
2. How we use data
To run the Chrome extension, Web Console, review collection, VOC analysis, listing workflows, and ASIN monitoring features.
To authenticate users, apply free or paid quotas, and keep the extension and Web Console synced to the same account.
To generate AI outputs using the content you choose to analyze.
To process subscriptions, send account and billing emails, and provide customer support.
To maintain service security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve product reliability.
3. How data is shared
With infrastructure and service providers used to operate AmzTool, such as hosting, storage, logging, email delivery, and payment providers.
With AI model providers through JIEHU.AI server-side integrations, only as needed to generate the analysis you requested.
With Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Permissions used by the Chrome extension
activeTab and Amazon host permissions are used to read the current Amazon page so the extension can analyze product, review, Q&A, and search-result content.
storage is used to save local settings such as language, session hints, and report history metadata.
tabs is used to open account, pricing, and Web Console pages when you choose those actions.
downloads is used when you explicitly download exported files or PDF reports.
5. Data retention and user choices
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service, honor your account settings, meet billing and security requirements, and comply with law.
You can sign out, stop using the extension, or contact us to request account-related help.
Subscription management, payment method updates, and cancellation are handled through Stripe Billing Portal.
